Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    2 c. (1 tall can) cooked tomatoes
    1 c. rice or 2 c. noodles, uncooked
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Brown (saute) onion and pepper; add meat (stir-fry).
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour in greased 2 quart casserole baking dish, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour (take off the lid the last 15 minutes).
    Serve hot.
