Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel brand with black wrapping)
    2 1/2 to 3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 lb. Tennessee Pride mild sausage
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Grate cheese.
    Add sausage and mix well.
    Add the Bisquick mix. Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 13 minutes or until lightly golden.
    Yields about 4 to 5 dozen.
