One Rise Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. instant nonfat milk powder
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix water, sugar and dry yeast.
    Let sit until mixture bubbles.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Turn out onto floured surface, knead.
    Pat out.
    Cut into rolls.
    Place on greased 9 x 13-inch pan and brush tops of rolls with oils.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Makes about 18 rolls.
