Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine (2 sticks)
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 1/2 c. flour (regular)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    6 medium bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking soda and salt; set aside.
    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in mashed bananas and lemon extract. Stir in nuts.
    Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and spread evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cake tests done.
