Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
18 vanilla wafers
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Put vanilla wafers flat side down in muffin papers in muffin tins.
Pour half full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool before peeling off paper.
Top with pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.).
