6 Week Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. Raisin Bran
1 c. shortening, melted
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt.
Add rest of ingredients.
Batter is good for up to 6 weeks when kept covered in
the refrigerator.
Use as needed with
muffin cups and pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Hot muffins anytime!
