Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. mace
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
6 to 8 apples (any tart variety)
Preparation

Mix together the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and spices.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Peel and slice apples into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Add apple juice.
Sprinkle sugar/flour mixture over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until top is nicely browned and apples are bubbly.
