Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. hot beef drippings
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk, beating until smooth after each addition.
    Add eggs, beating after each until smooth. Cover.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Pour into hot, shallow pan with drippings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
