    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
    1 can full water
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. mochiko (rice flour) *
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
Preparation
    *Mochiko can be purchased at Hughes markets, any Asian store.
