Pork Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. lean pork, cut into bite size pieces
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (Silver Swan)
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 1/4 cloves garlic
salt (if needed)
3/4 c. water (more/less)
Preparation

Soak pork in the ingredients for 2 hours or overnight.
Cook until tender.
Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
