Linguine With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 c. pea pods
    1 c. cashews (optional)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    6 oz. linguine (3 c. cooked)
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute the first 6 items together for about 5 minutes.
    Add the pea pods, optional cashews and wine; cook another 2 minutes or so. Toss with linguine and Parmesan cheese.
