Beefburger Specials - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. catsup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix all together.
Shape into patties.
Grill 4-inches from coals about 7 minutes on each side.
Serve on toasted bun with slice of sweet Vidalia onion.
