Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked turkey or chicken
    3 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 hard-cooked eggs, cut up (optional)
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potato chips and pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
