Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. nutmeats (optional)
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix rhubarb, sugar, eggs, flour and milk.
Pour on crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until rhubarb is tender, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool. Put topping on top, if desired.
