Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 capful butter flavor
Preparation
    Combine yeast, water and sugar.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, dry milk and salt.
    By the time you have done this, the yeast mixture should be bubbly.
    Add oil to yeast mixture, then add liquid to dry ingredients and butter flavor.
    If you have dough hooks, mix until bread is no longer sticky.
    If you don't have the hooks, mix until dry ingredients are incorporated.
    Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until no longer sticky.
    Put dough in a warm place until doubled in size.
    Punch down.
    Make into rolls or bread. This makes rolls, bread, cinnamon rolls, cinnamon bread, etc.
