Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. tortillas (burrito style)
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 green onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. sharp cheese, chopped
lettuce, chopped
taco sauce or salsa and/or sour cream
Preparation

Heat tortillas in oven.
I use foil and put melted butter between each one, stacked and seal.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or so.
Saute in the oil the cabbage, carrot, onions and garlic. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 teaspoon chili powder or more to your own taste, 1 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper.
Add 1 cup cut up chicken pieces and 1 can refried beans.
Simmer gently until heated thoroughly.
Scoop hot filling into tortilla; add chopped ingredients.
