Aunt Sharon'S Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

In bowl, place flour.
Add the cream.
With fork stir until soft. On floured surface, knead lightly 5 times.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter or glass dipped in flour. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
