Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pecans
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans. Cook on stove on medium heat to dissolve sugar. Add pecans. Cook, stirring constantly, until pecans are thoroughly sugared and no liquid is left in pot. Spread on wax paper and cool. Store in airtight container.
