Fried Canada Goose And Arkansas Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 goose, cut into pieces
flour
pepper duck (optional)
vegetable oil
salt and pepper
water
Preparation

Salt, pepper and (optional) sprinkle pieces with pepper duck, a waterfowl seasoning available at some gourmet outlets.
Dredge in flour.
Brown goose pieces on both sides.
Add 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer.
Cook 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve on Arkansas Cooked Rice.
