Chicken Italian In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
2 green peppers, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
4 boneless chicken breasts
salad oil (to brush on)
4 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Slice potatoes lengthwise onto an 18 x 12-inch double layer of foil.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add peppers and tomatoes.
Lay chicken on top of vegetables and brush with oil.
Mix catsup, oregano and butter.
Pour over chicken.
Wrap foil securely around chicken and vegetables.
Bake until tender for one hour or grill 5 inches from coals for 25 to 30 minutes on each side.
Oven temperature 400\u00b0; bake 1 hour.
