Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. grated orange rind or 1 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust; cover with second crust.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
