Microwave Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
1 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. apple juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. shredded lemon peel
12 tsp. sugar or 6 packets Equal
Preparation

In a deep, 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine cranberries, apple, raisins, apple juice, cinnamon and lemon peel.
Cover loosely with waxed paper.
Microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes, or until skins on cranberries pop, stirring once.
Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Cool.
Cover and refrigerate.
