Fairy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    7 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/4 c. cake flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat 5 egg yolks 5 minutes. Add the cold water and beat 5 minutes more.
    Add the granulated sugar and beat 5 minutes more. Add the cake flour (sifted 3 times), salt and vanilla. Beat 5 egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar.
    Beat stiff, about 15 minutes.
    Fold into first mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
    Cool and ice.
