Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. cream
    6 level Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and cream.
    Cook until mixture is thick and brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Combine milk, flour and egg yolks. Stir in first mixture.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pie crust.
    Top with meringue.
