Bailey'S Cheesecake(Serves 12 To 16) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 large eggs
3/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur or other brand of Irish liqueur
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mocha Cream Topping (recipe follows)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In spring-form pan, mix graham cracker crumbs, packed brown sugar and butter.
Pat mixture into the bottom of the pan (for crust).
Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until puffy.
Set aside.
