Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetable mix
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Combine broth, celery and onion.
Cook 20 minutes covered. Add potatoes and vegetables.
Cook 30 minutes.
Add soup and cheese cut into small cubes.
