Pumpkin Whoopie Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. brown sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Gradually add dry ingredients; mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 25 medium size pies.
