Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 tsp. maple flavoring
    2 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 qt. half and half
    3 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, Eagle Brand milk and vanilla pudding.
    Add flavorings and half and half; beat.
    Add pecans.
    Fold in whipping cream.
    Freeze.
    (I freeze about 5 hours before serving and place container in my freezer so mixture will be a little stiffer.) Makes about 1 gallon.
