Microwave Caramel Snappers(Turtles) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. pecan halves
1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels, unwrapped
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Arrange pecan halves in clusters of 3 on a buttered baking sheet.
Form pecans into 36 clusters.
Combine caramels, butter and milk in a glass bowl.
Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until caramels are melted, stirring once or twice.
Stir again until smooth.
Cool until thickened.
Spoon rounded spoonfuls onto center of each cluster.
Cool until set.
Microwave chocolate chips in glass bowl on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until softened; stir until smooth.
