Goulash(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef (round or chuck), cut in 4 x 4-inch cubes
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 regular can tomatoes (14 to 15 oz.)
    2 regular cans whole string beans
    6 large potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    flour, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large cast-iron skillet.
    Flour meat.
    Brown meat and onions together.
    Lower fire and add tomatoes, salt, pepper and 3/4 can of water.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, potatoes, salt and pepper and more water if needed.
    Cover and cook half hour.
    Drain string beans and add.
    Continue simmering, covered, another 15 minutes.
