Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. unsalted pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla and salt.
Stir until blended.
Stir in pecans; pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate (350\u00b0) and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until firm around the edges.
