Carrot Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Cover and cook over medium heat 25 minutes or until tender.
    Spoon 1/2 of mixture into food processor or blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Continue with balance of mixture.
    Stir in white pepper; add cream and warm.
    Can be served warm or chilled.
