Ho Ho Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 15 to 20 minutes and cool.
