Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer or 6 to 8 breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 c. cracker or corn flake crumbs
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Boil the chicken in salted water. Strip meat from bones, leaving meat in large pieces.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Fold chicken into mixture and place in shallow casserole.
Sprinkle crumbs over the top.
Pour melted margarine over crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
