Deane'S Hot Baked Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 apples, peeled and sliced
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 can sliced pears
    1 c. sliced peaches
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. coconut cookies, crumbled
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Drain all fruit, reserving juice.
    Crush cookies.
    Put fruits in buttered baking dish in layers in order given.
    Sprinkle each layer with cookies.
    Melt butter.
    Add bourbon, brown sugar and 1/2 of reserved juice.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
