Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, sliced
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Combine zucchini, water, onion, parsley flakes and one bouillon cube.
Cook until tender and only small amount of water remains.
Put through blender; set aside.
