Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 medium peaches (5 lb.)
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sugar
    ground cinnamon
    1 (17.3 oz.) or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Peel peaches and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    In large bowl, toss sliced peaches with flour, lemon juice, salt, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Spoon mixture into 13 x 9-inch ceramic or glass baking dish. Cover tightly with foil; bake 35 to 45 minutes until peach mixture is hot and bubbly.
    About 15 minutes before peaches are cooked, separate biscuits and cut each into quarters.
