Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Mix well with confectioners sugar.
Blend in peanut butter and Cool Whip. Mix well.
Pour into graham cracker crust or baked pie shell and freeze.
Serve frozen.
