Marty'S Chicken-Zucchini Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned and cut in bite-sized pieces.
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    lemon pepper seasoning
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute chicken chunks in non-stick skillet until nearly done. Add onions, zucchini and lemon pepper.
    Stir-fry until vegetables begin to soften.
    Add tomato soup (no water) and generous sprinkling of cayenne (season to taste; we like it pretty spicy). Heat to bubbling and continue to cook vegetables to your preferred tenderness.
    Serve over Minute rice.
