Chili Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Velveeta cheese (at room temperature)
8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 can diced green chilies, drained
Preparation

Roll Velveeta cheese between waxed paper.
Whip the cream cheese.
Spread on Velveeta.
Spread chilies over cream cheese. Roll up \"jelly roll\" style.
Chill in refrigerator.
Slice and serve on crackers.
