Country-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
    Crisco
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Blend egg and milk.
    Combine flour and seasonings in plastic paper bag.
    Shake chicken in bag, dip in egg and milk and shake again.
