South-Of-The-Border Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat yogurt or light sour cream
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Combine refried beans and taco seasoning mix.
Spoon mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread yogurt over bean mixture.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips.
Yields about 5 1/2 cups.
