Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix together with a spoon or clean, bare hands until well mixed.
    Roll into 1 inch round meatballs. Spray a two-piece broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place meatballs on broiler pan in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning meatballs over halfway through baking. Serve with tomato sauce over spaghetti or in meatball submarine sandwiches.
