Old Sour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Key lime juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 or 3 bird peppers or hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Add salt and pepper to Key lime juice.
    Allow to stand at room temperature for 1 or 2 days.
    Strain liquid through a fine cloth (cheese cloth).
    Bottle tightly and allow to sit for 2 to 4 weeks before using.
    Makes 1 cup.
