Low-Fat Southwestern Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can no fat chili
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. no fat cream cheese
    1 can green chilies
    1/2 can black olives, sliced
Preparation
    Mix together and heat thoroughly.
    Lightly broil top.
    Garnish with green onion slices.
    Dip with baked tortilla chips or place in flour tortilla shells.
