Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork chops (6 to 8 chops)
garlic salt
black pepper
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Season chops with garlic and pepper.
Fry in cooking oil until done.
Cover with orange juice and sugar; simmer until juice begins sticking to pan.
Serve with choice of garnish and side dishes.
