Herb-Coated Cod(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c. butter-flavored cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. cod fillets
Preparation

Place butter in a shallow bowl.
In another bowl, combine the next five ingredients.
Dip fillets in butter, then coat with crumbs.
Place on a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
