Squash Melody - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. yellow squash
    2 c. zucchini
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 can green chilies
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add squash, onion, salt and tomatoes.
    Cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add chilies and cook 5 minutes more.
    Spoon over rice.
