Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Parmesan cheese *
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing *
3/4 c. butter, softened
onion pieces or salt
garlic salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Roll into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Can freeze in Baggies before baking for future use.
Bake for 20 minutes, if frozen.
