Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. chicken
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 box Pillsbury ready made pie crust
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add chicken broth and cook until desired consistency.
Add rest of ingredients and cook on low for 15 minutes.
Grease baking dish and cover bottom and sides with one layer of crust.
Add chicken and vegetable mixture.
Cover with second layer of crust.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
